- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), order contents, payment metadata (we never store full card numbers — that's handled by our payment processor, Shopify Payments / Stripe).
- Website analytics: pages visited, time on site, referring URL. We use this to improve the site.
- Marketing consent: if you opt in to our newsletter or SMS list, we store your consent with a timestamp.
How we use it
- Fulfilling your order and providing customer support
- Sending order/shipping updates (transactional — you can't unsubscribe from these)
- Sending marketing emails (only if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime)
