Our promise: Use HairRevive daily for 90 days. Take photos, track your shedding, measure your density. If you don't see visible improvement, email us for a full refund — we'll even cover return shipping.

How to request a return

  1. Email returns@hairrevive.com with your order number.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Drop the package off at any post office or carrier location.
  4. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued within 5 business days.

What qualifies for a return

  • Any cap within 90 days of delivery
  • Even if used — we expect you to try it. That's the point.
  • Original packaging appreciated but not required

What doesn't qualify

  • Caps damaged by misuse (dropped in water, physically broken)
  • Orders over 90 days from delivery
  • Gift cards (non-refundable once issued)

Refund timeline

  • Return in transit: 2–5 business days
  • Processing at our warehouse: 1–2 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method: 3–5 business days after processing

Most customers see their refund within 7–10 business days total.

Warranty (beyond 90 days)

Every HairRevive cap carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If your cap develops a defect — dead LEDs, charging failure, timer malfunction — email support@hairrevive.com with your order number and a short description. We'll repair or replace it at no cost.
