Shipping Policy
How much is shipping? Free worldwide shipping on every order, every time. No minimum order.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to 50+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email support@hairrevive.com — we'll see what we can do.
How fast is processing? Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How long does delivery take?
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada, UK, EU: 7-14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Do you provide tracking? Yes — every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your cap ships.
Are there any customs fees? Orders within the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia are shipped duty-paid — no surprise customs fees. Other countries may charge import duties; these are the customer's responsibility.
My package is delayed / lost — what do I do? Email us at support@hairrevive.com with your order number. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
